You achieve this by knowing what possible things to expect and by feeling prepared to respond positively to whatever your journey turns out to be.

Anna is a certified childbirth educator and birth doula, co-director of Birth Day Presence and a new mother. Anna has years of both counseling and teaching experience and became interested in childbirth after attending the birth of a close friend.
