Nanny referral

She has taken care of our older daughter since I went back to work from maternity leave - I think it's been 18 months. She's very good/kind/strict about manners/sets up playdates/takes her to classes/makes sure she gets meals/naps, etc. She's been very reliable and flexible with us, if schedules require it. She only asked for 1-2 days off (to go to a wedding out of state) - the rest of the time she took whatever days off we were off from work or out of town. Good luck with your search! If you call and I don't pick up, just leave a message with a good time to call you back/best number - we have a newborn now, so I am on a weird schedule during maternity leave/getting ready to move.
