Hi! Congratulations on the birth of your baby! I know that it can be really nerve wracking to find a nanny. We were in this situation 3 years ago and totally lucked out with Maureen. My daughter is off to preschool and so Maureen will be available October 2010 and I genuinely believe any family would be lucky to have her - we would keep her if we could.
