Patrice = our excellent nanny, sad to see her go!

Please consider PATRICE, she is such a catch. We've employed Patrice full time (live out) for the past 14 months, to care for our twins, starting when they were 6 mos old. Due to a change in my career (with a pretty painful pay cut) we need to let her go. But we are extremely sad to let her go. Patrice is a very warm, very reliable, naturally tidy person with the strength of four young nannies (my twins are big ) and she has helped us through a language delay with one of our kids (who received speech therapy). She definitely believes in no TV and lots of reading, and is supportive of healthy child development strategies.

Note: Before us, she came recommended to us because she was a twin nanny for three years for a family downtown (who relocated twice within NYC and she helped with all the family's changes as those twins grew from 3 months to 3 years old).

Patrice has always prided herself on being prompt, or early, and we appreciated this greatly! Her smile lights up a room; our daughter & son both love her dearly. She does light housekeeping (for us she keeps kitchen tidy, folds laundry, changes linens in the nursery, vacuums, etc.) and she's very amenable to following a schedule regarding nap and meal times. We have always felt secure about the safety of our kids when in her care. (We both worked outside the home; our kids were exclusively in her care in our UWS home and neighborhood all day). She's available to start immediately. Can't recommend her highly enough.
