Please consider my current nanny, Pearl, for your position. Pearl works for me in a very simliar fashion - full time/ 2 kids close in age (2 years and 7 months), with light house keeping and meal preperation. I don't even know where to start in terms of speaking to her capabilities - she has become the foundation to our family and making it all work! She is one of the most kind, energetic, loving people I have ever met and has done a wonderful job with my two children. It's funny you mention singing...I work from home quite a bit and can always hear her singing songs to the kids and having them sing along which is the sweetest experience.
