It is completely up to you as to when you would like to start prenatal yoga. We have many students that switch from their regular yoga class as soon as they learn that they are pregnant. And some that wait a bit. If you are feeling well (not a lot of nausea and morning sickness) it is fine to join a prenatal yoga class at 7 weeks.
