Tip #13 - The Bath/ Shower

Expectant Moms: The feeling of warm water on your belly and back during labor can be a life saver! You may find that the water helps alleviate the pain and distracts you from such intense sensation. This would be especially good if you are having back labor.

New Moms: If you can find the time to sneak away while your baby is sleeping, take a nice long shower or bath to help release tension from your back and shoulders. This very well maybe the only time you have to yourself all day. Try to savor the quiet relaxing moment!
