Hi Cheryl

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am so glad that you are interested in doing prenatal yoga during your pregnancy. I think you will find yoga will alleviate your stiffness and aches and definitely create time to be present with your baby.

To answer your question, you can start prenatal yoga at any time. We have many women that start in their first trimester and continue all the way up to their due date.
