I completely disagree with your negative review of the Upper Breast Side. I think we are so lucky to have a place that stocks the kind of items that we can't get elsewhere. They provide a service that Buy Buy Baby and other BABY stores simply can't. They care for us as new moms (and then the babies benefit). It feels more intimate than going to a super store. Maybe that's not for everyone. But I feel like I'm going to their home, not a store. I have gone in very emotional before, I'm sure I'm not the only new mom who has cried over breastfeeding. They have given me hugs, resources, and reinforcement to keep at it. If you are among the very few moms I've met where breastfeeding is only a boob and a baby, then I'm impressed. For the rest of us, we really do need much of what they offer.
