I wanted to respond to your email- as a mother who was in your position 4 yeas ago. We tried to find someone to look after our newborn. We since have had 2 children and Tia was with us from the beginning. She recently got her green card so is able to be paid on the books. I cannot tell you how much she taught me as a first time mother. You will feel so safe with her looking after your newborn as she has a natural and calm way about her. She raised our kids to blow kisses to us, sing their first songs, and be so polite. Our neighbors were always commenting to us how delightful she was with the children and to them as well. I can only hope she will find a loving family to welcome her in as we do not need someone full time any longer.
