Hi,
Thank you for your question about your regular yoga practice. While it is extremely beneficial to practice yoga while trying to conceive, you may want to limit the amount of heating posing, such as mutliple surya namaskar sequences.
Also, depending on the intensity in which you practice, you many want to scale back if you find that you are getting an endorphin rush. It is not recommended for women trying to conceive to to exercise to that point.
