Deb - prenatal yoga dvd
Hi Deb,

I wondered if you could recommend me of a nice dvd with short am/pm workouts that I could use on the days I have not time to come to class.

We offer 3 online videos (here is the link) that you can follow when not in class. Also- Shiva Rea has a good prenatal yoga video.
