Fun class
My husband and I took Lamaze at SLR. It was great, we were in a class with 8 couples and we got a good primer on the end of pregnancy and birth. Because it was in the hospital, we got very familiar and comfortable with the hospital. The class is particularly good for dads because the info is broken up over several weeks. It helped my husband a lot to coach me through labor.
Our instructor was Penny who is fantastic.
My criticism is that its hard to sign up for the classes. I had to dial a answering machine and leave a message and then get a call back and then send a check...
