Tip #3 - Hot Socks

Fill up a tube sock with dry rice or barley, enough to make a supple pack. Sew the end securely closed. When ready to use, microwave the sock for about two or three minutes.

Moms-To-Be Bring this along in your hospital bag. If you are having lower back pain, this can really help relieve discomfort!

New Moms
After carrying your baby around, your shoulders and upper back may really be tight and sore. Heat up the sock, make a cup or tea and relax!
