Tip #6 - Tea for Two!

As the days turn cooler, a cup of warm tea may add more than just a little comfort!

Moms-to-Be:Red Raspberry Leaf Tea. Red raspberry contains fragine, an alkaloid that tones the muscles of the uterus as well as providing gentle relief from nausea and stomach distress. (Jaqulene Haper-Roth,The Pregnancy Herbal)

New Mammas:Just the relaxing effects of tea can be a treat. But there can be more to it then that. There are many tea infusions that are helpful to fortify and increase milk production.
