I have been a doula for a few years now and have attended many births. I have two children of my own and I believe having a doula present at your birth will create a safe, loving environment but will also allow you to experience birth in the most meaningful way; as you wished your birth experience to be. Remember, you are in charge of yourself and what you want matters most.
