My nanny works Mon-Thurs 10-6. I find a day next week that I do not need her so I asked her to work on Sat from 6-1030pm instead. Of course, I would pay her for the 8 hours.
She does not seem to like this idea. I think she wants to have the day off with pay and then get paid again for the 4.5 hours. Isn't getting paid for a full day and working 1/2 day a fair deal? Am I wrong to ask her to do this? It is only once in a blue moon.
