My husband and I are so busy with our jobs that we can't sometimes attend the needs of our two children so we decided to get a nanny. While searching for nanny through internet, I came across this nanny background check article that made me think twice. The article strongly suggest to conduct a background check before you hire the person to avoid future regrets. How much do you think this background check will cost? Is this really necessary? I need to hear some suggestions and advice. Thanks.
That was one of the biggest problem when both parents are working.

Being new to the country it was obviously really important to us to find a nanny we could trust and having background checks was well worth it. I think we paid around $200 but they did a long phone interview with her, also checked her references again quite thoroughly and of course did the usual background checks.
I would highly recommend them.
