Yoga or Lamas?

I've been hearing the term lamas, what's its difference from yoga? Prior to my pregnancy, I was very sporty being a swimmer and participating in long jump events so when I got pregnant my husband encouraged me to get into yoga for athletes. I'm just wondering if lamas would be better?
