4th degree tear

Hi folks. I gave birth back in February and unfortunately suffered from a fourth degree tear, straight from vagina through rectal sphincter. It has been a pretty arduous recovery process and I am not left with some lifelong problems like faecal incontinence that I don't know if I will be able to change. I can't really find any advice, or information out there beyond the basics for folks like me with such an extreme tear and would love some advice on where to get info, other peoples experiences, etc. Anything anyone can add would be very helpful. thanks all.
