Red face Hello All
My name is Ophelia I am 29 years old currently live in Virginia soon to ne moving to NC when fiance comes home from Irag in January! I have a 4 year old lil girl and I am expecting a lil boy in Febuary 2012..I wanted to start a healthy workout plan so that I won't be so far beind once I have him..Be Blessed everyone
