Hi There,

I am pregnant for the first time after a couple of years of trying so we are very excited.
I am currently almost 10 weeks and looking forward to the morning sickness going away!!!
I used to practice yoga regularly but I am taking a break until I get clearance...I do look forward to the yoga classes and to meeting some of you who are also expecting.

Hi Deb, I don't know if you are in the NYC area, but if you are I wanted to see if you'd be interested in joining me and other pregnant women in the area for various fitness outings. So far we've mostly gone on walks, but I also organize other events like attending a belly dancing class or going for a swim...
