Hello everyone, I live in London, but am in the process of organising a move to New York for the family (my husband will be working there for a couple of years). We already have a beautiful 14mth old boy, and I am also 16 weeks pregnant.
I'm very excited to read about the prenatal yoga center and am looking forward to checking out some classes, especially as we hope to settle in the Upper West Side area. I'm also starting from scratch in creating a birth experience for my second baby, so would welcome any advice and referrals for a natural birth experience (preferrably water).

Hi, congratulations on your baby boy and on your pregnancy! I'm also 16 weeks pregnant and wanted to tell you about a group I've organized for pregnant women. We get together to do various fitness activities, like go on walks, take prenatal yoga classes and go swimming.
