pelvic pain

I'm in my 27th week. Felt great--no complaints at all up to 26 weeks, maintained my pre-pregnancy activity level (Vinyasa yoga 2x per week and daily walks with a labrador retriever) with little necessary alteration. About a week ago stood up after sitting for a while to feel a sharp stabbing pelvic pain. The pain continues as a dull constant pelvic pressure when sitting or standing with sharper stabbing pain only when walking (not all of the time, but most of the time). No contractions or abdominal pain at all. The nurse at my Dr. office sent me to the hospital to make sure it was not pre-term labor and the hospital assured my that the baby is fine, I am not at all dilated, and confirmed that I am not having contractions.

However, the dull pain continues, with sharp pain at times when walking. Stretching/yoga or lying down on my side alleviate the pain temporarily.
Any suggestions-- I can't imagine feeling like this through the rest of my pregnancy??

Thanks.
