Hello,
I am Ada, a premed student married 10-years to my husband Frank, and mama to Harry (8), Hanna (6), Henry (4) and we are expecting a surprise bundle of joy August, 2009.

We call the Triad, NC home but are hoping to make a cross country move to California late fall for husband's work, and to apply and attend one of the two osteopathic schools available in the state.

I started seeing a chiropractor today who imparted the wisdom of taking up prenatal yoga for the duration of this pregnancy, so at the ripe age of 28-weeks, I am here ready to dive in and help my body help my baby.
