The shipping is about $8.99. This is a really nice mat. Some people in my class got one. I bought the extra thick mat (72"x24"x1/4") which is still bigger than a standard mat (68"x24"x1/8") because I don't need the extra wide one, but looking at it, it seems nice to have the extra width.
