At the Upper Breast side, they fsee a first time mom walk in and dollar signs light up. They prey upon your vulnerability and desire to do the right thing for your baby and insist you need a bunch of gear you don't actually need. they are also rude, pushy, judgmental and not helpful in the least. It is the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I found the Upper Breast Side to definitely be pricey, but I did find some nice nursing bras there. I appreciated the fact that they actually fit you for your bra, something that I always seem to overlook when I'm just out shopping by myself! They gave me some helpful hints, like use Soothies gel pads in the beginning to soothe the pain of nursing. The first few weeks, Soothies were my friend, and I hadn't heard about them until stopping in there. They definitely know how to do the up-sell, so just be prepared when you go.

I had heard that the service was terrible at the Upper Breast Side, but I had a great experience. Knowledgable staff helped fit me for nursing bras, and after my baby was born, they delivered more items that I did not purchase beforehand. The free delivery was terrific for a new mom -- one less errand to run!
