If you are looking for a nanny for a baby or toddler, Shakeria is your gal! She has been with us for the past 8-months and we would love to keep her, but we are moving out of the city. We currently live on the UWS and Shak lives in Queens and is willing to work anywhere in the city.
A little bit about Shak:
- She reads books to Sofia, takes her to the park and museums (sending us text pictures ), she tells us immediately when anything is “off” with Sofia and when we need to take her to the doctor.
- She is always on time and always in a very positive, happy mood.
- Shakeria is Indian, from Guyana with a visa. Her hours for us are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm. We also provide her with a monthly metro card and two weeks vacation (one week at our discretion, one week at her discretion).
