Natalie- our amazing nanny- is what I'd describe as the "whole package". She's warm, engaging, smart and truly loves our son as if he is her own. She is also highly communicative, and very trustworthy. She has taken care of our son from 6 weeks til now-13 months and has been a great partner in helping raise him his year. My husband is going to be home full time, so we just can't have her stay on anymore.

Natalie has been awesome at helping me through milestones, making friends/playdates for my son as well as making sure to have lots tickle fights. She has a great sense of humor and the two of them were constantly giggling! She is also a super positive person which added great energy to our home. Lastly- Natalie is also super cool and very flexible- As a working mom, this was very important; she was always available to stay a little late on a moment's notice.
