Natalie- our amazing nanny- is the "whole package". She's warm, engaging, smart and truly loves our son as if he is her own. She is also highly communicative, and very trustworthy. She has taken care of our son from 6 weeks til now-13 months and has been a great partner in helping raise my son this year. My husband is going to be home full time, so we just can't have her stay on anymore.

Natalie has been awesome at helping me through milestones, making friends/playdates for my son as well as making sure to have lots tickle fights.
