Shanty (who happens to be my nanny's mother and sometimes also looks after my 3 month old girl) has many years of experience in childcare and child development. She is currently looking for full-time live out work and will be available as of May/June (timeframe potentially negotiable) as her current employer is moving home to London.

Shanty is professional, caring, loving, punctual, and very reliable. In addition to my reference she also has many other references to share, including her last employer -- a family she stayed with for 8 years until they moved away from the city.
