Hi. I think I just lost my post before I sent it so sorry if this is a duplicate one.
We love Irene because she treats our kids as I would. She's loving and genuine about it. my kids adore her and look forward to seeing her each day. She takes care of the kids but what is special is that she does it in ways that I woudl -- she indulges my oldest in an icecream cone when it's hot and makes sure that the kids are gettign along on play dates, treating each other well. She's alwasy laughing with the kids and really makes an attempt to have a relationship with them. My oldest especially is attached but both look forward to her coming each day. It's a good thing when it's a babysitter day.
If you ask her to do something she does it. She has done light housekeepign and she's a good cook though I prefer if the kdis are out each day and so she's done that.

Lastly, we can talk about PT sharing--so you woudl be intersted. we can talk about how this might work.
