I am due in late October and have a nanny lined up. She comes with INCREDIBLE references (i checked her out thoroughly) and is extremely warm and amazing with babies. The only problem is that she would like to find a job to tie her over until our baby is born. If anyone needs FT or PT help between now and November (even December if that would work better for you) please let me know and hopefully we could work something out.
