Our nanny has been with us since my son was an infant. He is almost 3 and in daycare full-time (and has the most easygoing disposition -- which I believe he got from her!). We also have two girls, ages 6 and 5, and she has been patient, loving and capable with all three. From Nepal, she speaks English fluently and is warm, compassionate and very intuitive, responding proactively to the family's needs.
