My husband and I are expecting our first child, a little girl, early March and we are looking to employ a nanny beginning around mid-June, post maternity leave. I work out of our apartment anywhere from 1-5 days/week and travel the other days. My husband works in the city with longer hours but less travel requirements. We will need someone roughly M-F 8:00-6:00 with flexibility for overtime 1 night/wk. Given our unique work schedules, we are also willing to explore nanny share options with other new parents where 1 nanny could watch our 2 children (paid accordingly) and we could alternate locations as schedules require.
