We have a wonderful nanny with whom we need to reduce our hours down to 2 days a week, and we are hoping that we can find another family to "share" her with for the other 3 days. Our nanny, Marcia, is really great and has been with us since our daughter was 2.5 months old (she is now 13 months). Marcia has boundless energy with our daughter, runs around with her at the park, sings songs, acts goofy...but is also very good at teaching developmentally appropriate types of "rules" and "respectful behavior."
We have some flexibility on sharing of days, so if you are interested, please contact me at 917-385-7835. We live in Harlem, so a good share would be somewhere in Harlem or on the Upper West Side/Morningside Heights.
