We have a wonderful nanny who has been with us since our daughter was 2.5 months old (she is now 15 months) -- and we need to reduce our hours down to 2 days a week. We are hoping to "share" her with another family on the UWS/Central Harlem (where we live) looking for childcare the other 3 days a week. We have some flexibility about days and our nanny is great. Very energetic, very creative and engaging (we do not have a t.v.) knows when to be firm with our daughter and when not to, and always has her best interests at heart. Hello, I am looking for a part-time nanny for my son starting end of August. He will be 6 months at that time. We need someone Wednesdays and Thursdays (the other 3 days he goes to daycare). We live on UWS. Does your nanny have any interest in 2 days instead of 3? Thanks!
