My nanny has been with us since my son was one month old. She is fantastic – caring, loving, knowledgeable, energetic, playful – everything a person could want in a nanny. She and my son have formed a very strong bond. But, this September, my son will be starting Kindergarten, and my needs are changing. I’d really only need her one weeknight a week. So, she will need a new full or part time position after the first week of September.
