my name is Dawne I've worked as a nanny for a little over 20yrs now, im 38yrs.


I'm a highly motivated individual a team player at best, whom has cared and nurtured infants and young children of various ages ( 2 months to 11yrs ). However most of the children I've cared for has been infants and toddlers. I've done some doula workshop classes, plus I know a lot about babies from observing them over the years and my experiences of course!
Many of my families had multiple kids. I've cared for two to three kids at a time twins and different ages.

I'm hard working, reliable, friendly, fun, honest, easygoing, kind and full of energy!

My dreams and aspirations involve furthering my education so that I can play a role in caring for the whole family one day!

For me caring for children is not just a job but a love I have for children plus I've worked only as a nanny since the age of 18 so really they are in many ways my life inspiration.

As I've observed over the years parents want to know that their loved one is happy, safe, developing and emotionally secure. I can guarantee you that I am capable of this care!
All my children whom I have cared for in the pass grew very happy with me and I made certain they had fun while developing from mild stone to mild stone!
We played, played and more play. going to the park, on the swings, sprinklers, sand box, jungle gym, slides, kick ball, play catch, clim the mountain, lay around on the grass, bookstore, library, play spaces. We role around on the floor read books, look at pictures, talk, talk, talk, run, sing, dance, build blocks, knock it down, clim, jump, play with dolls, toy cars and more more....

I'm moving and will be (very sadly) letting go of my incredible nanny, Eti. Eti has not only been my kids' nanny for close to the last 4 years, but she has truly been their second mother. She is warm, loving, good-humored, firm, responsible, and just great with my 3 kids. She has amazing caregiving instincts and judgment, and my trust in her is unbounded. She has taught my older boys so much, not just the typical stuff like the alphabet and names of animals (in English and Hebrew- she's Israeli), but also about themselves, their emotional and social lives, self-confidence, etc. The boys adore her, and they are really at their best when they're with her. She's been mine and my husband's 3rd partner in raising our kids. So many other moms that have interacted with her on playdates, etc, have told me how lucky I am to have her, and I truly have been.
