We are looking for someone who will build a caring relationship with our daughter and grow to become part of the family. The nanny will take an active part in her development and take her on walks and play dates in the neighborhood (UWS).

Requirements: Must have experience with young babies and multiple references from past families. Infant CPR certified (or willing to take certification course that we will pay for), English speaking & writing, no smoking. Willing to make a long term commitment to our family.

i don't even know where to begin to sing the praises of Ericka, our nanny of 8 years. she is the only nanny my two children have ever known and is truly part of our family. she began with us when my older daughter was 3 months old and i returned to work.
