Our former nanny, Betty Ramdial, is seeking a new position working full-time as a live-out nanny – to start immediately. Betty is an exceptional nanny who worked with our family for 3 years. We had to part since my family and I moved to North Carolina. Betty is a wonderful caregiver in every way possible:

• Always punctual
• Extremely hardworking
• Very honest; Betty kept receipts for all monies spent on children, turns private papers over and puts on desk, etc.
• Excellent with children of all ages; Betty has worked with newborns, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Supportive of my preferences on all parenting / child-rearing issues; Betty never tried to correct me but always gave helpful advice when asked
• Supported various transitions, i.e. breast milk to formula to solid food to table food; potty training; crib to toddler bed
• Incredibly serene and patient; I never saw Betty get frustrated with my strong-willed and sometime challenging girls
• Helped reinforce my children's socialization skills, i.e. sharing / taking turns, being polite
• Searched out other very nice children in classes/at playgrounds/in the neighborhood for my girls to have playdates with
• Willing/eager to be on the move; took the girls to/from preschool, all sorts of classes, outings to museums, zoo, library, playgrounds, or playdates; has no problem at all handling kids on bus/subway
• Raised 3 children of her own (they are now fully grown)
