Our former nanny is now seeking a full-time position and we enthusiastically recommend her to anyone seeking a loving caregiver.

Marcia is a gem. She truly has all the qualities one would want: energetic, creative, silly, firm when necessary, responsible, trustworthy, truly and keenly interested in our child's development...She worked with us from the time our daughter was 3 months old until she was about a year and a half...Marcia clearly valued creating a stimulating environment for her -- they would read, sing, play on the floor, go on walks and to the park. It was clear to us that our daughter loved her and she loved our daughter, and we know the same is true for the other children she has cared for.

We stopped working with Marcia only because our childcare needs changed when our daughter began school, but we continue to see her regularly and our daughter maintains a close bond with her. Marcia is CPR trained and has substantial experience as a nanny caring for infants, toddlers, and older children as well.
