Esther was a caregiver for our family for 6 years. She is an energetic, creative, thoughtful, engaging, easy-going, punctual and organized person. Esther’s interview with us consisted of questions about my infant son. Ranging from what type of infant he was, to how he slept to, what his routine was. She kept a meticulous daily log for me of all his activities. She documented when, what and how much he ate, when napped and for how long. If she had to administer medicine, she documented that as well.
Esther has always been a self-starter and initiated projects with my children to keep them active and always thinking. She organized play dates with other neighborhood children, did art projects, played educational board games, put together endless puzzles, took them to the local library and to their sports classes
Esther Spooner always had her eyes on my children and knew where they were on the playground at all times. Often times playing tag, football or basketball herself with them. She encouraged them and taught them how to do things such as tying their shoes, putting on their clothes and recognizing letters and numbers.
Esther also had to discipline my children. She let us know whenever she gave them a time out and for how long. She worked with us in maintaining how we wanted our children to be raised and disciplined. She is a team player and does not act alone.
Esther could not have been a better employee for us; in fact she became part of our family. Anyone who hires her in any field will be lucky to have such a person. For further imformation please contact me at joelleduffy@gmail.com
