In the past few weeks, I have decided to stay home with my children and am no
longer in need of our full-time nanny, Iva Creese. Over the last three years,
Iva has lovingly cared for my two young children. She first came into our home
in 2007 when my oldest child was three months old and has continued with us
through the birth of my 8-month old daughter last July.

Iva is very motherly, caring and nurturing to our two girls. She has a wonderful
disposition and is always friendly, approachable and positive. Her ability to
connect with other children and arrange play dates is masterful. She has spent
hours reading, singing and engaging with our children. Recently, she has helped
to teach our 3-year old her letters, numbers and handwriting. Iva handles all
tasks associated with the children including getting our children to and from
school, play dates and classes.

Whenever she has had a concern about the two girls, she has approached us in a
friendly way and offered solutions. We have found that she is good with children
of all ages but is particularly strong with babies and toddlers.

In addition to helping us with the children, Iva performs light errands such as
grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning and other small chores. She also
handles light housework like cleaning the children's clothes, arranging their
rooms and bathroom and tasks around the home.

We are saddened to lose Iva on a full-time basis but know she will provide a
comfortable, fun and safe environment for another family. She has many great
skills to offer and it is without hesitation that we recommend her.
