My name is Jackie, and I am from Brooklyn but have worked in Manhattan extensively. I am seeking a position in Harlem or in the UES or UWS. I have been a Nanny for over eight (8) years. I am extremely reliable, responsible and punctual I promise! I am a soft-spoken individual who has a genuine love for kids which you will see from my interraction with them. I enjoy taking the children to the zoo, museums, playground, classes and on playdates. I also enjoy teaching toddlers and preschoolers. They are like sponges and its always amazing how exceptionally well they can do with early stimulation. I am also able to assist with homework for the older ones. I take my job very seriously and I am always willing to go the extra mile for my young charges. I am the type of nanny you see playing with the kids in the playground, climbing up the slides and taking an active interest in the kids. I would not hesitate to assist with housework if required!
I have a soon to be 5 year old daugher who will be attending TAG Young Scholars in September hence the reason I am seeking a position in Harlem. I am proud to say that I was able to accomplish this without expensive tutors or gadgets I used the old method of teaching her myself and having fun doing it.

I have worked with kids from infants to pre-teens. I am also a NYC Certified Nursing Assistant and I believe the knowledge I have gained studying to become a CNA only enhances my experience in this field.
