We adore our nanny, Dale, but our daughter will be in school five mornings a week this fall and, since she is our only child, we no longer need our nanny's help for as many hours. Dale will be working with us in the afternoons, but she is looking to work with another family 2-3 mornings a week. I can't say enough good things about Dale. She is incredibly responsible and I feel totally at ease when my daughter is with her. She is honest and reliable, and has never been late or sick during the entire time she has been with us. She is positive and upbeat and has a great attitude. Most of all, my daughter (who is 3 1/2) adores her. She plays with my daughter and has formed a group of nannies with kids who all play together. She takes her to the museum and to playgrounds, and is also very diligent in getting my daughter to various classes and appointments.
