My wife and I are highly recommending our nanny, Gemma. She is a wonderful, intelligent, hard working woman. She has been a full time Nanny for my 4 year old son since his birth, along with caring part time for my 7 year old daughter when she is not in school. She is always PROMPT, never late. My schedule sometimes changes at the last minute, and she has ALWAYS adapted to my requests. It has been such a relief to have someone that never says "NO". Whenever she was needed by my family, she has ALWAYS been there for us. She is very good with both of my children, who love and respect her greatly. My children are very well adjusted and social to any situation that they are put in, and I credit Gemma, along with my wife for that. Any requests concerning the children are always adhered to. She is very polite, loving and caring with the kids, yet she is also firm with them when she needs to be. When we come home, our home is always organized and neat. She doesn't allow the kids to make a mess and leave toys, pillows, clothes unattended. She loves to take them outside for fresh air and activities. On occasion, I have asked her to pick up or drop off my daughter for school or dance class. She has always come through for us when needed. We have been extremely lucky and blessed to have her in our lives the past 4 years, and we don't know what we are going to do without her now that my 4 year old son is going into full time Pre-K school. Anyway, our family's loss will surely be your family's gain.
