I am writing to refer Janice, a loving, thoughtful and responsible woman who has taken care of our 15 month old on a number of occasions over the past 5 months when our nanny was not available. Janice has a warm and friendly disposition and quickly engenders comfort from those around her - including a young toddler! She was very thoughtful in her approach to taking care of our son, which comes from years of caring for young children.
