Our sitter has been with us for the past 10 years, since one of my daughter's was 6 weeks old and the other was 3 years old. Over the last 3 years, we have shared her with another family(two families in 3 years) where she has cared for infants and toddlers. She is now looking for a new, full time situation since her part time position has ended, and our needs have changed (my children no longer need nanny care).
Our sitter is fabulous. She is extremely patient, kind and lovingn. Many parents and people in our building have commented over the years about how wonderful she is. She is reliable, caring, pleasant and mature (in her early 40s). Children love her. She is very proactive in seeking playdates and just loves children.
