Thumbs up A Great Mommy-to-be Massage

I went to see Janet at the recommendation of a doula. I had been suffering with sciatica, a pulled back muscle & pelvin pain so it goes without saying that I was not a happy camper when I walked in. When I called her to make an appt she tried to accommodate the earliest possible which was great. The massage was very thorough--even the baby belly got a nice rub. I am fairly new to massages so I was not prepared for the intensity of it & in fact, I was sore the day after, but I really think it helped. I've been doing yoga & PT to deal with my pains but I think her kneading got out some knots that were the result of a lot of stiffness. So I highly recommend her if you're feeling really stiff and/or tight.
